Aaron leaned in close toward his younger brother Noah inside the kitchen.
He rested one hand near his hip and spoke in a low voice, asking Noah to tell his wife Melissa that they had spent last Thursday evening together.
Noah paused, holding a white dinner plate in both hands while looking directly into his older brother’s eyes.
Noah pointed out that they were not together that night, but Aaron stepped closer and pressed his thumb against Noah’s shoulder.
